This policy explains what Plenty (“we,” operated by ThinkRoman Ventures LLC) collects, why, and the choices you have. Plenty is a tracking and education tool for people on GLP-1 medications. It is not a medical provider.
When you create an account we collect your email address. Inside the app, we store the information you choose to log — such as protein and food entries, water, movement, weight, medication and dose, how you feel (including symptoms and mood), and any notes you write. We also keep basic usage and device information needed to run the service.
We use your information to provide the app: to show your day, calculate your progress, generate meal ideas and companion suggestions, and keep your history. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising.
Some features (meal ideas, recipes, and the Learn assistant) work by sending your request — and relevant context you’ve logged, such as your protein total or a symptom you tapped — to third-party AI providers (for example, OpenAI) to generate a response. Please don’t enter anything you would not want processed this way. These providers process the data to return a result and under their terms do not use it to train their models by default.
Your data is stored in our database and retained while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing admin@thinkroman.com, and we will delete it within a reasonable period unless we’re required to keep it by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Plenty is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
