These terms govern your use of Plenty, operated by ThinkRoman Ventures LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the app, you agree to them.
Plenty is a tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for your physician, prescriber, pharmacist, or dietitian. Protein, hydration, and general education content is informational only. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with questions about your health or medication, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be 18 or older to use Plenty. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Plenty offers a free trial period. After it ends, continued access requires a paid subscription (currently $7.99/month), billed through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Don’t misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that suggestions or information will be accurate or suitable for your situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkRoman Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
